Selection of images from Earle by Simon Rimmer. I had the previlege to try and capture the essence of Earle based in Hale. Luxury Bistro type restaurant where the food is simply outstanding and served with passion. The young dynamic kitchen work to exeptional standards and it was quite impressive to see the devotion and attention they give to the dishes.Thank you to the team who made me feel really welcome on the night.
